AGROTRACK.IO LOCATION-DATA CONSENT
Effective Date: April 6, 2026
This Location-Data Consent (“Consent”) is entered into between DSWHOLESALERS LLC, doing business as AgroTrack.io (“Company,” “AgroTrack.io,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), and the person or entity creating an account, enabling location permissions, or otherwise using location-enabled features of the AgroTrack.io Platform (“User,” “you,” or “your”).
The AgroTrack.io Platform may collect, receive, generate, infer, store, process, and use location-related information in order to provide requested services and Platform functionality. By affirmatively consenting to this Location-Data Consent, and by enabling location permissions on your device or within the Platform, you expressly authorize Company to collect and process location data, including precise geolocation data where enabled, for the purposes described in this Consent, the Privacy Policy, and the Terms of Service.
Location data may include approximate location derived from IP address; address-based and map-based location; field coordinates; route information; job-site and operational location data; device-derived location; and precise geolocation data obtained from your mobile device, browser, operating system, or other hardware where such permissions are granted. Precise geolocation data may reveal the actual or near-actual location of a person, device, vehicle, field, worksite, or activity with a high degree of specificity.
You acknowledge and agree that Company may process location data and precise geolocation data for purposes including account authentication, fraud prevention, security monitoring, route and field visualization, job and task coordination, site verification, weather and operational context, workforce and activity support, communications, support services, analytics, system improvement, recordkeeping, compliance support functionality, and other disclosed business purposes reasonably related to the operation and improvement of the Platform.
You understand that certain Platform features may not function properly, or at all, unless location services or precise geolocation permissions are enabled. You also understand that you may be able to control certain device-level location permissions through your browser, device, or operating system settings. Revoking such permissions may limit or disable Platform functionality. Withdrawal of consent shall apply prospectively and shall not affect the lawfulness of processing undertaken before withdrawal, nor shall it require Company to delete information that Company is permitted or required to retain under applicable law, contractual obligations, security requirements, fraud prevention needs, backup practices, or legitimate business purposes.
You represent and warrant that where you enable location services for a device or submit location information through the Platform, you have the authority to do so and have provided any notices or obtained any consents required by applicable law from your employees, contractors, operators, pilots, customers, or other persons whose location information may be collected or submitted through your use of the Platform. You further agree that you, and not Company, are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of location-enabled features complies with applicable privacy, employment, consumer protection, and other laws.
Company may disclose location information to service providers, subprocessors, cloud vendors, mapping providers, geolocation providers, communications vendors, analytics vendors, and other third parties that assist Company in providing, securing, analyzing, and improving the Platform, as well as where required by law, legal process, or to protect rights, property, and safety. Company does not authorize third parties to use your precise geolocation data for their own unrelated marketing purposes except with your consent or as otherwise permitted by law.
You acknowledge that no system is perfect and that location information may at times be delayed, inaccurate, unavailable, incomplete, or affected by device settings, environmental conditions, signal interference, GPS drift, geocoding limitations, map errors, connectivity issues, third-party outages, and other factors beyond Company’s control. Company does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of any location data or location-enabled functionality, and all reliance on such information is at your own risk.
By selecting the location-data consent checkbox, clicking “I Agree,” or otherwise affirmatively enabling location-enabled features of the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Consent, that you consent to the collection, use, disclosure, and processing of your location data and precise geolocation data as described herein, and that your action constitutes an electronic signature with the same force and effect as a handwritten signature.
Required Consent Statement:
“I consent to AgroTrack.io collecting, using, storing, and processing my location data, including precise geolocation data where enabled, for Platform functionality and related purposes as described in the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Location-Data Consent. I understand that I may withdraw device-level location permissions, but that doing so may limit Platform functionality.”
