AGROTRACK.IO PRIVACY POLICY

This Privacy Policy describes how DSWHOLESALERS LLC, doing business as AgroTrack.io, together with its affiliates, successors, and assigns (“Company,” “AgroTrack.io,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, discloses, stores, retains, transfers, and otherwise processes personal information and other data in connection with the AgroTrack.io website, mobile application, software, dashboards, APIs, customer support services, communications, and related functionality (collectively, the “Platform”). This Privacy Policy applies to users of the Platform, including visitors, account holders, team members, customers, contractors, representatives of business customers, and other individuals whose information is processed in connection with the Platform.
By accessing or using the Platform, or by otherwise providing information to us, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, you should not use the Platform.
1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
We may collect personal information and related data directly from you, automatically from your device or browser, from your use of the Platform, from your organization, from service providers, from integrations, and from other lawful third-party sources. Where required by law, we obtain consent before processing sensitive personal data, including precise geolocation data.
3. SOURCES OF INFORMATION
We collect information directly from users when they register, subscribe, communicate with us, fill out forms, upload files, connect accounts, or otherwise use the Platform. We collect information automatically when users interact with the Platform. We may receive information from business customers, team administrators, organization representatives, service providers, integration partners, payment processors, mapping providers, weather providers, analytics vendors, communications providers, publicly available sources, and other lawful third parties.

8. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY
The Platform is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the Platform in violation of applicable law. If you access the Platform from outside the United States, you understand that your information may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the United States and other jurisdictions where we or our service providers operate. Those jurisdictions may have data protection laws different from those of your jurisdiction.

Unless a different effective date is stated, changes become effective when posted.
