Our story

We didn't start as a software company — we started in the field.

Field notes

One place for jobs, chemical records, maps, and compliance logs — built around real workflows.

The way it used to be

Before this platform existed, we were applicators managing jobs the same way many operators still do: notebooks in trucks, spreadsheets on laptops, photos in phones, and paperwork scattered across the office. Tracking chemical usage, job details, locations, compliance records, and crew activity was time-consuming and easy to lose track of.

Why we built it

We built this software because we needed it ourselves.

Our goal was simple: create a system that gives applicators and farmers a clear, reliable, and organized record of their work — something you can trust, access anywhere, and actually enjoy using.

What the platform does today

Today, the platform logs everything that matters:

  • Jobs and service records
  • Chemicals used and application details
  • Who performed the work and when
  • Field histories and documentation
  • Compliance-ready reporting

Built for real workflows

For farmers and operators, we designed intake workflows that make field setup simple and visual. Users can map fields directly, mark water pickup locations, define clean-out sites, and store everything in one place. No guessing, no missing paperwork, no digging through old files.

By applicators, for applicators

This isn't software built by developers guessing how your workflow operates — it's built by people who have done the work themselves and understand the importance of accurate records, operational clarity, and simple tools that just work.

We believe farm and application recordkeeping should be:

Reliable. Clear. Traceable. Practical.

And most importantly — built for the real world.
