Pricing FAQ

Any person with a login to your AgroTrack account uses one seat — pilots, tenders, and admins all consume the same seat type at the same rate. There are no role-based tiers or read-only seats.
Yes — add or remove seats anytime from your account settings. When you add seats on an annual plan, the charge is prorated for the remaining term. Removed seats take effect at the next renewal period.
Yes. Every new account starts with a 14-day free trial. You get full access to all features. After the trial, you choose monthly or annual billing and enter payment details.
Email support covers setup questions, compliance workflow help, and bug reports. For larger operations with multiple aircraft or compliance-specific requirements, reach out to discuss a dedicated support arrangement.
Operations with 10+ seats are welcome to contact us directly — we can discuss volume pricing, invoice billing, and onboarding assistance for larger teams.
You can cancel any time. Monthly plans end at the current period. Annual plans are not refunded for unused months but remain active until the end of the paid term. Your data is retained for 90 days after cancellation.
